All classes are suitable for beginners and are within 5 minutes drive from Caerphilly town centre.

Bedwas
Sundays - Bedwas High School (CF83 8BJ) 11am-12noon (all ages)

Tuesdays - St Thomas Church Centre (CF83 8FL) (age 11 and above) 7.30-8.30pm

Thursdays - Ruperra, Navigation Street, Trethomas
Adults Class 7-8pm

Caerphilly
Tuesdays - St Cenydd Leisure Centre (CF83 2RP) - 6-7pm (4-13 years old)

Fridays - St Cenydd Leisure Centre (CF83 2RP)- 6-7pm (4-13 years old)

Sparring: We also have sparring sessions on Sundays and Fridays
Sparring follows the padwork sessions which are at the times advertised.
Please note that sparring is only for members with appropriate sparring equipment.
